How can I place my order?

To place an order:

Complete adding items to your cart
You can choose to proceed via payment on our website or via PayPal.
If you wish to continue checking out on our website, please click on the green Checkout button located on the right side of the screen.
If you wish to continue via PayPal, click on the PayPal button
You will be directed to our Customer Information page. You will be asked to enter:
Email address
First name
Address
If you have a valid discount code, you can enter it in the "Discount" field on the right side of the screen. Be sure to click the "Apply" button to calculate and apply the discount to your order.
Continue by clicking the "Continue with shipping method" button. Make sure you entered your shipping address correctly (if it is different from your billing address). Once finished, click "Continue to payment method"
You will need to enter your payment details. You will have the option to indicate that your shipping and billing information is the same, if applicable.
After filling out the form, click on the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen that provides a summary of your order along with an on-screen order confirmation, as well as a second confirmation email.

What happens if items are missing or incorrect products when I receive my order?

For missing or incorrectly shipped items, please contact us at service@fcexear.com . Please quote your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with a receipt   (image file size must be less than 1 MB)  . We will be more than happy to resend the correct item to you at no additional cost and will not ask for the incorrectly sent item back! You can keep it as a gift from us.

How do I know my order has been successfully sent?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

I would like to change the products I ordered. What should I do?

Changing your order is permitted until 11pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day your order is placed. You can contact us via service@fcexear.com . to request a change.

How do I add items to my cart?

To add products to your cart:

Go to the item page you are interested in and select your preferences for the item. When you click the "Add to Cart" button, you will be taken to the "Cart" page.
Enter the quantity of the product you would like to order using the "Quantity:" field next to the item image. After entering a quantity, you can continue shopping or choose to complete your order.
How can I see what's in my cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the cart icon at the top of the website page. After clicking this icon, you can easily change the number of quantities you want to purchase for any product in your cart by updating the quantity listed. You can also delete any product in your cart by clicking the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity listing.

How can I remove items from my cart?

First, click on the "Cart" icon in the top right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items currently in your cart. Once you have identified the item you wish to delete, click the "Remove" link at the bottom of the quantity list. This will automatically remove the item and update the page to reflect the changes.

How can I change the quantity of a specific product in my cart?

First, click on the "Cart" icon in the top right corner of your computer screen. This will allow you to see all the items currently in your cart as well as the quantities you have selected for each item. To change the quantity of an item in your cart, move the cursor to the "Quantity" field for that item and enter the desired quantity. Once you do this, the quantity and associated dollar amount (if applicable) will automatically update to reflect the correct amount for both the quantity and cost located on the right side of the screen.

How can I make payments using PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to make online payments. Once you have finished adding the products to your cart and are ready to complete the transaction, you can click the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal site. Make sure you enter the correct details for quick and smooth payment processing.

How do I use a discount code?

To use a promotional code, follow these steps:

Select the item you wish to order, then click the green "Checkout" button.
You will then be taken to the Customer Information page on the next page, enter the relevant information you need
You'll see a "Discount" field at the top right of the page
You need to enter the discount code and then click apply. You need to check whether the discount has been applied and is valid by seeing it applied in the analysis mentioned below.
