Shipping Policy

When can I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 5 business days of ordering. The shipment will arrive between 10 and 20 business days after the shipping date, depending on the availability and location of the courier. We apologize that there may be a delay in shipping if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection or a delay in transportation due to courier service.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can use the number and track your order at  www.17track.net  .

What are your shipping rates?

We have a flat shipping rate of $4.99 USD to all destinations worldwide.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship worldwide. However, in case your country is not supported by our logistics, we will inform you immediately and make the necessary changes to your order. To learn more about our destination listings, contact us via service@fcexear.com  . How can I change my shipping address?

Change of address is only permitted by 11pm (PDT, -7 GMT) on the same day as the order. You may contact us via  service@fcexear.com   to request such changes.

Can I deliver to an address other than my card billing address?

Yes, it is possible.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped on normal working days, excluding holidays. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
